1. The only time we collect information about people is when they complete our application form. We never share our model's information with anyone outside of our agency unless that information is needed for an assignment. We may contact our active model by phone or e-mail to notify them of assignment opportunities or to relay agency policy information. The model may ask to be made temporarily or permanently inactive and they will not be contacted for the period they are inactive. All pictures on Exquisite Models International pages are copyright protected. All content, including pictures, may not be used without agency consent.
 
2. We will destroy your application information after 2 months from the date we receive your complete information package consisting of an application, pictures, and resume. We will retain your information for as long as the application process is active or you have joined the agency.
