Exquisite Models International

I (Full Name)................................................... agree that I work for the AGENCY only as a freelance independent contractor and not an employee. As an independent contractor, I agree that I am responsible for paying all taxes including social security, income taxes, etc that arise from any sums paid to me. I will not represent myself as an agent of the agency.

This is a Non-Exclusive agreement, which insures the MODELS right to obtain modelling assignments from any employer(s) who is solely contacted by the MODEL. Model may also get assignments through the direct efforts of another agency. When I am on an assignment, which was obtained as a result of the effort of the AGENCY, I will not accept additional assignments directly from the Agency’s clients. If I am offered additional work from an Agency’s client, I will advise that client that they must contact the Agency to obtain my services. As the result of information obtained from the AGENCY, I will not directly contact a potential Agency client to obtain modelling assignments.

When through the effort of Exquisite Models International, I am placed with another agency; Exquisite Models International will become the Mother Agency entitled to 10% of talents earnings for three years.

I agree that all fees earned by me while on an assignment from AGENCY shall be paid directly to the AGENCY. In the event that I am paid directly by the employer, I agree to reimburse the AGENCY 40% of all employer paid sums.

The AGENCY shall be authorized to deduct 40% of the model's fees paid for the service of the model that are the result of effort of the AGENCY or as the result of information obtained from the AGENCY. Money owed a model shall be paid to the model within 14 days of the receipt of payment from the client to the agency. Following industry standards, the Agency has the right to assess additional agency fees to a client which are not to be considered as part of the fees paid for the service of the model.

I will follow all agency procedures involving assignments performance and documentation of services. I realize that failure to follow procedures may cause me to lose part or all of the compensation I may have due me from an assignment.

If after using a diligent effort, the agency is unable to collect fees due and owing from a client respective to models booking for that client, the model shall assume the loss of their modelling fee and the agency will assume the loss of any agency expenditures.

I agree that I will hold the AGENCY harmless for any loss or liability that I may incur as a result of any assignments, training, or rehearsals provided through the AGENCY including but not limited to personal injury and/or loss excluding those resulting from the intentional misconduct of the Agency.

I assign to the agency all rights, title and interest of any pictures the agency takes of me. The agency may reproduce, copy, or distribute all images of me including photos of me, that are in the possession of AGENCY or are later acquired by the AGENCY, for the sole purpose of furthering my career.

This Agreement is continuous and will remain in full force and effect until canceled in writing by either the AGENCY or the MODEL. Within one year from the cancellation date of this agreement, I agree to pay the AGENCY 30% of all fees that I receive from any additional employment with any employer(s) with whom I first received work through the AGENCY or as the result of information obtained from the AGENCY. One year after the written cancellation of this contract, the model may obtain modelling assignments from all and any sources.

This Agreement may not be expanded, modified, altered, or assigned except in writing signed by both the AGENCY and the MODEL. I have read and understood this Agreement. I acknowledge receipt of a copy of the same.
